Speed and Agility Training

All Athletes- An intensive training program specially designed to improve speed and agility for all athletes in all sports to enhance overall athletic performance.  Training will consist of:

  • Improving speed
  • Agility
  • Power
  • Coordination
  • Balance

Football Skills Training

Learn and experience the basic fundamental techniques in a fun and exciting environment, led by experienced instrustors.  Training will consist of:

Quarterbacks QB's:

  • Improving Arm Strength

  • Accuracy

  • Footwork

  • Coverage Recognition

Running Backs RB's:

  • Improving Footwork

  • Handoff Exchange

  • Blocking Techinques

  • Route Running

  • Defense Recognition

Receivers WR's:

  • Catching

  • Improving Footwork

  • Route Running

  • Coverage Recognition

 

Going the Extra Yard


For athletes who seek more, SoCal Athletic Academy also offers additional Training sessions. These sessions are designed to dissect and analyze your specific fundamentals in a small group or individual setting, and develop a specific plan to improve your skill set!
• Individual attention.
• Additional position repetitions.
• Classroom sessions and film study.


Individual and Small group sessions are available upon request.
